Reflect on and jot some notes down against the following questions:

• What feels important to you for your career and leadership going into 2024?
• What worked well for you in 2023? What didn’t?
• What impact are you looking to have in 2024?

Bring these notes with you to our session, as they will really help ensure we create a plan that aligns with your goals.
