• 9.00am - Opening and welcome

• 9:15am - Breathwork session

• 9.45am - Session 1: Modern leadership strategies for women in the messy middle

• 11.00am - REAL TALK Panel: Navigating Office Politics, Power and Influence

• 11.45am - Session 2: Optimising Hormone Health for Peak Performance

• 12.30pm - Lunch, wine tasting and zoo walk

• 1.15pm - Session 3: AI - What to listen to, ignore, and how to make it work for you

• 2.00pm - Session 4: Strategic Decision Making even through the overwhelm

• 3.15pm - Choose-Your-Own-Adventure / Mentoring Circles. Choose one of three focused streams designed to help you go deeper on what matters most to you right now:
