In recent years, calls for gender equality have increased along with the need to close the gender wage gap. But even with the progress that has been made in this space,  there are still very few women in positions of leadership. 

Today, I'm sharing with you a conversation with Marcia Lawrence, a Perth-based human resources specialist, about the gender stereotypes that play out in the way we work and live,  and how to be more aware of them. 

Marcia Lawrence is a black belt in martial arts, a mother of two children, and the wife of a very devoted husband. Marcia is a powerhouse of information and has a diverse range of experiences to share from her exciting career!
